I remember back in highschool, my girlfriends and I each labelled ourselves as a Disney princess. Now, as we move forward into a new chapter of our lives, I thought it only fitting to remove the shackles of our naiveté and fantastical illusions and replace them with Dina Goldstein's exhibit: Fallen Princesses. 

"Fallen Princesses places Fairy Tale characters in modern day scenarios. In all the images the Princess is placed in an environment that articulates her conflict. The 'happily ever after' is replaced with a realistic outcome."
