I'm don't like to propagate the details of what happens in the office, whether it be work related or "drama" related. Even more, I'm not typically an advocate of ranting about colleagues or bosses. This is, (and don't argue with me or I may rip your head off in my current mental state) rather, merely an observation of (certain) people's philosophy on work here.
*edit: wrote a long shpeal about the grievances at work but deleted it. Strangely, I feel better. Even if the only person I vented to was myself.
